Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Field Representatives to serve as the frontline customer service of Kang Fintech Solutions. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for engaging directly with local communities, supporting agent operations, promoting Kang’s services, and providing real-time feedback from the field to improve our products and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Kang Fintech in assigned territories by building relationships with customers, agents, and local stakeholders

• Educate individuals and businesses about Kang’s digital financial services and how to use them effectively

• Support the onboarding and training of local agents and merchants

• Monitor field operations and report issues or irregularities promptly

• Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve service delivery

• Assist in marketing campaigns and grassroots promotions to drive user adoption

• Ensure compliance with Kang’s policies and basic regulatory guidelines

• Submit daily and weekly field activity reports through mobile or web-based tools

• Act as a bridge between the community and Kang’s central teams

Requirements

Essential:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field

• At least 1 year of experience in fieldwork, customer service, or community engagement

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with diverse communities

• Basic digital literacy and comfort using mobile apps and reporting tools

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions

• Fluency in English and/or French (bilingualism is an asset)

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in fintech, mobile money, or telecom field operations

• Familiarity with the digital finance landscape in Cameroon

• Knowledge of local dialects or regional nuances
